Welcome. We practice hatha and hatha flow yoga in the YogaFit® style, combining ancient hatha yoga with modern fitness science. Taught by Tamara Ronkin, RYT, CGFI, our classes feature:
- Stress Relief. Soothing voice, sound therapy (chimes and singing bowls), breath work, energy work and meditation.
- Physical Fitness. Hatha yoga postures, sequences and repetitions to safely promote flexibility, muscular endurance, muscular strength and body composition.
Tamara Ronkin is a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance®, a Certified Group Fitness Instructor with the American Council on Exercise, and a Reiki II natural healer. She has taught yoga for kids, teens, adults, families, prenatal and seniors. Find out more...
