Welcome to Hatha Flow Yoga with Tamara.
Our practice combines modern fitness science with ancient Hatha Yoga to safely burn calories, build strength, increase flexibility and reduce stress. We warm-up, work and cool-down, much like in an exercise class. Our yoga includes chimes, singing bowl, breathwork and relaxation for a total mind-body experience. We let go of judgment, competition and expectations, each working to the best of our ability for the day. Beginners welcome!
How often should we exercise? Current United States guidelines suggest that adults exercise at least 2 days a week for a total of 150 minutes (moderate aerobic exercise and strength work for all major muscle groups). Children and teens should be active at least three days a week for an hour a day.
Get in shape with Yoga! Our Yoga practice addresses all five areas of physical fitness, including muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and body composition. Tamara teaches yoga classes open to the public in Coral Springs and private yoga lessons by appointment.
