Weekly Yoga Classes - Summer 2010

Fusion Fitness & Yoga. 10000 W. Sample Road, Coral Springs. Adults pay $14 per class or 5 for $65.00 (in July, adult yoga is by donation, minimum $5). Students pay $9 per class or 5 for $42.50. 20% sibling discount. Bring a yoga mat and water. Kids may also bring a favorite small stuffed animal.

Yoga Source. 7422 Wiles Road, Coral Springs. On Wiles Road, 1/2 mile east of Riverside Drive. Free trial class if purchasing a pass same day. $17 per class, $75 for 5. Summer new student special, 3 classes for $30 to use within 2 weeks. Pillows, blankets, bolsters, straps and blocks provided, as well as hot yogi tea after class. Bring a yoga mat and water. Yoga Class Tips

Bring water and a hand towel (plus a large towel for outdoor yoga)
Dress comfortably for a full range of movement, in layers if needed.
We practice yoga in bare feet.
Refrain from eating a heavy meal less than 1.5 hours before class.
Bring a yoga mat. Limited yoga mats available to lend on request.
Advise Tamara of any new injuries or health issues before each class.
Consult your doctor as needed.
